VouGee GmbH created a basic and partially functional HUB prototype, named “Dimonits HUB” in 2018 and 2019.
As VouGee GmbH required additional financial resources, JUWELIS supported and financed the creation of the “JUWELIS HUB” in 2020, which adopted the same design layout as it appears today at ZENIQ. However, JUWELIS was disconnected from the JUWELIS branded blockchain system after VouGee GmbH terminated the collaboration agreement in February 2021 without any HUB delivery to JUWELIS at any time, which is still one of the topics in the ongoing lawsuit versus VouGee GmbH. Subsequently, VouGee GmbH rebranded the “JUWELIS HUB” to “ZENIQ HUB”, the website, and the interconnected ecosystem.

Hence, the timeline presented on Zeniq.com and on several ZENIQ social media sites is inaccurate. This inaccuracy also extends to the founding date of Zeniq Technologies, which took place on April 16, 2021, at the Dubai International Financial Center, as opposed to the incorrect dates of 2019/2020 that were published. For clarification and as a result of growing interest and inquiries regarding Safir's management, we would like to disclose that on June 02, 2020, Erwin Dokter discreetly acquired 100% ownership of Safir International Ltd. in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, without the knowledge or authorization of JUWELIS. This occurred during Erwin Dokter's position as CEO at JUWELIS Digital Systems AG and as Director at JUWELIS Asset Management GmbH.

Juni 2020 diskret 100% der Anteile an Safir International Ltd. in Ras Al Khaimah, Vereinigte Arabische Emirate, erworben hat, ohne das Wissen oder Genehmigung von JUWELIS. Dies geschah während Erwin Dokters Tätigkeit als CEO und Verwaltungstratsmitgliedes der JUWELIS Digital Systems AG und als Geschäftsführer der JUWELIS Asset Management GmbH.
